Rachel is a fantastic therapist. Very patient, kind, non-judgmental. Does not push her own personal beliefs onto clients. Takes time to learn about a client and their interests and skills in order to relate the therapy to them in a way that will suit their life and understanding. Takes time to learn from clients as much as she is teaching skills to them as well. Would highly recommend, especially to anyone in the LGBTQ+ community or whose spiritual beliefs may be different than the mainstream and is worried about being judged by a therapist. She works with clients to create lasting changes and help you live your best, healthiest life. Follows a strong code of ethics and principles so very trustworthy.
