After a traumatic birth experience that left me very apprehensive toward providers, my experience with Rachel for pelvic floor PT & recovery was a breath of fresh air. Rachel was the first provider in the valley system who approached my care with empathy, understanding and ultimate compassion. Rachel truly treated me and my concerns as if she saw me as a whole person, not just a patient on a chart. She was also the first provider in all of my pregnancy and postpartum care who made me feel as if she cared about my quality of life, and that the bar was not just “alive”. Rachel’s care and approach helped give “me” back to myself and my family
