Saw Dr. Katims for the second time, today. She has such a wonderful, natural bedside manner. She seems so competent and knowledgable, she explains things effectively, she reassures. I went to her Dad for over thirty years and you know how it is, just because they bring their child on staff doesn't mean the kid is any good. But Rachel? She's amazing. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
