When I visit a doctor's office, I hope to encounter a physician who takes the time to listen to my health concerns and then presents a method with which to treat those concerns. Rachel Lagaly exceeded all of my expectations. She was professional, compassionate, used great listening skills, provided a successful treatment in the office, and gave me a follow-up plan to ensure I would make it through this horrific allergy season. Walking IN to the office, I was feeling absolutely miserable. Walking OUT of the office, I felt better - and very well cared for. Thank you, Rachel. You are a blessing.
