Rachel is extremely bright and kind. She is a seasoned therapist who listens, gives great advice, and is able to recall the details to your issues and problems very well. Her perspective is spot on and she allows you to see encounters that have been problematic for you from a different angle than a friend or family member. She uses great metaphors in her explanations in order for you to truly understand the issues for which you are seeking help. The previous reviewer prob.avoided self reflection
