I have been looking for a new primary for years, and a dear friend recommended Rachel Franzen to me. Rachel is the most amazing doctor-ARNP I have ever met! She is so warm, caring and friendly, and is so easy to talk to. She listens to every word I say and works with me to see what my medical issues are. She cares! She is incredibly smart and knowledgeable. I am so grateful she is now my primary!
