Dr. Weiss has helped me SO much! She is non-judgmental, kind and a great listener -- and also very professional and knows her stuff clinically. She has worked with me on integrating ACT and mindfulness to reduce anxiety and obsessive thoughts. I almost always feel like she truly understands what I'm expressing and can give me actionable, evidence-based suggestions for how to improve my happiness or behavior, while being totally non-judgmental and patient with the process. She also makes herself available and is generous with her time, such that I feel she truly cares about my well-being.
