Rachel has been my families "primary" since we relocated to Texas from New York in 2016 and she has always been kind, knowledgeable, patient, ready to listen and never makes you feel rushed or ignores a concern you may have. Rachel treats all her patients with respect and a warmth that is not generally found in medical practices anymore. To be honest, I was nervous that she was going to be just another cold, distant, big-pharma pushing provider that I have experienced in the past but she has shown to me through her grace, kindness and attentiveness, that is she not only amazing provider but also an amazing person. It takes something special to make people feel truly listened to and she does that and more. I am grateful for the care that I have received from her and all the staff and regularly recommend her to my friends, family and colleagues that are looking for a new provider (or even if they aren't).
