Rachelle is very knowledgeable! I went in with symptoms of restless leg syndrome, sciatic nerve issues and upper back pain. Because of the exercise program she prescribed, I am free from the RLS and sciatic nerve pain and the only thing that relieves my infrequent back pain are my visits to Rachelle.
