When a misunderstanding led me to be at risk of losing my primary care, Randall not only was able to get me an appt. with my primary (as I was unsuccessful at my attempt to make one) he offered to go with me. Having my behavioral health and my physical health doctors being on the same page has been amazing. Both sides were able to answer and ask questions. What Randall did for ME was beyond what I ever thought or would have ever asked of him. He 1has been a Godsend to me.
