She has a very calm and focused manner that truly made me feel like she was hearing me and that I was her whole focus. Remembering details of previous conversations, establishing goals she helped me come up with and work towards, and consistently reminding me of statements I didn’t know I even needed to be hearing all made my experience with wholly rewarding and valuable. I also greatly appreciated her starting sessions on time, and even allowing room for conversations to conclude at a natural point rather than just cutting me off at the end of our allotted time. I am so grateful for my experience with Faheda and highly recommend as a therapist.
