I just had my 2nd appointment with Rebecca. She is so personable and easy to talk to. She explained everything in a way that made perfect sense and answered all my questions. When I leave, I feel like I've learned so much! She gives you easy to read material with information on all your dietary needs & a quite interesting and fun list of food info you'll love to keep handy. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and now feel confident I have a good handle on this scary disease. Thanks Rebecca!
