I have been in therapy for 30+ years. Most of my appointments with therapists during that time were more like a weekly gripe session than at all therapeutic. Rebecca helped me understand what I had been doing all those years and she gave me homework. She held me accountable. I finally made real progress through therapy. REBECCA IS THE BEST THERAPIST I HAVE EVER HAD. I was deeply upset when she left ETSU. If I could have afforded, I would have followed her into her private practice.
