I am so happy I found Dr. Papka! She has an awesome personality and a wonderful demeanor to start. As a therapist she is an excellent listener, offers terrific insight and much-needed perspective without being overbearing; everything she relays is easy to comprehend and she takes the time to ensure you are on the same page with her. Her patience, understanding and warmth are what initially drew me to her, but having been back for multiple sessions I know I have found the right therapist for me. She is caring and broaches sensitive, personal topics with a professional degree of respect and honesty. I look forward to each session with her, and have already begun applying her advice in my everyday life. Highly, highly recommended!
