She is very personable /approachable, making it very easy to speak in depth with, very thorough. I think allowing a patient, that extra 2,3,4 minutes, to explain symptoms etc.in detail, could impact decisions on diagnosis and treatment of on going symptoms. Today's system doesn't allow for that. I hate when, I'm in an exam room, and they have one hand on the door knob, the majority do that. That's not good healthcare. How can a physician give proper health care in 15 minutes, with one hand on the door??? Sincerely Susan Davis, patient of Rebecca Ricardo's
