Rebecca Sokoll is that rare therapist that enters your world where you are and not some predetermined cookie cutter approach. She focused immediately on effecting change by helping me self correct my negative thinking about myself and not letting that voice dominate our conversations. Being in the moment always and helping me do the same by being mindful about my thinking has helped me to effect change in my both my thinking and behavior. What more could I ask for?
