Dr. Tripp is professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable. She explained the results of my hearing test and gave me several ways to help in working with my hearing loss without the use of hearing aids, since I am not a candidate for them at the moment. This truly developed a deep trust in her practice and I am looking forward to my next yearly visit.
