I have been in therapy since I was a teenager (I’m now 45). I’ve seen a variety of therapists, male and female, and some with different specialties. Some of them were good, some not so good, and some just weren’t a good fit. I never experienced any great healing or made any lasting improvements in my relationships, my depression, or my general emotional well-being. In September of 2019, I realized that I needed to see a therapist who specializes in Narcissistic Personality Disorder as I was raised by narcissists and have several people in my family who are as well. I found Regina on Psychology Today and made an appointment as fast as I could. She has been an absolute godsend. I can’t tell you the difference her counseling has made in my life. I’ve never felt so healthy, so much more confident in my relationships with others, and actually happy. Truly happy. She’s very down to Earth and easy to talk to. The skills she provides are effective and easy to use. So grateful for her!
