Regina Saxton changed my life! I am (was) sub clinical hypothyroidism because my left thyroid was removed. Could not take Synthroid so I suffered with weight gain and fatigue. Regina recommended for me to take 200 mg of selenium and now my TSH levels are normal, I lost 10 lbs and onto a great start. She also recommended a micronutrient blood test which measures the cellular function of specific vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acids within your cells. My test came back with a few deficiencies which I am correcting now. This is a test that I fully recommend to anyone who wants to see if their nutrition or supplement’s that they are taking are actually getting into their cells. Thank you Regina. I can’t wait to see what you have next!
