Regina has helped me for over 4 years with my anxiety and interpersonal relationships. She helps me set healthy boundaries with others and is able to cut through what I’m saying and offer real solutions. I recommend her to anyone in search of a therapist. I saw one other therapist, before switching to Regina, who was mainly just a “listener” and this didn’t work for me (nor would I imagine that working for anyone in true need). I am really surprised with the negative review below.
