Dr Zheng showed real and thorough attention to my sister's challenges, digging deep to explore all possible causes for a difficult to diagnose condition. She offered help in exploring the value of looking to other specialists for answers and took the time to communicate through the patient portal in a manner I have not seen with other doctors. In the end, she left us feeling that no stone was left unturned.
