Dr. Renaye B. Quintyne OD, PA discovered I was legally blind even though 4 eye surgeons never told me. She knew something was really wrong but she wasn't catering to the good old boys system. I learned 4 eye surgeons didn't want to squeal on one another, so they protected one another at my expense. Dr. Quintyne drew me a picture of what my lense looked like. She asked me several times "Are you SURE you never had lazer surgery?" She saw lots of dots all over my lense and was the 1st Dr. to have informed me. The other Drs. just told me my vision could be corrected with glasses because they didn't care about their patient. They were more concerned about protecting another eye surgeon from a potential lawsuit because he put a bad lense in during my cataract surgery.. My vision was 400 in that eye. Thanks to GREAT Dr. Renaye Quintyne, I can now see. I went through depression 12-15 years ago because of that eye and those lying ophthalmologists. I will ALWAYS be VERY grateful to Caring, strong, intelligent Dr. Renaye B. Quintyne, O.D., P.A. who used to have a store in the Avenues Mall.
