I have dealt with Resa for almost 15 years and 2 different injuries. Each time it was a complex case. She is quite knowledgeable in her trade. If you have a question, she will take the time and explain it to you. If she knows you and you dish her a hard time, she'll dish it right back in a lighthearted manner. She's very personable.
