The end of my 26 year marriage culminated in the lowest point in my life. Insomnia, anxiety, and depression had become all consuming. I had tried several times before to find a therapist for my daughter and knew the struggle it could be. When I reached out to Dr. Mason, I couldn’t make it thru the voicemail without breaking down. She promptly called me back and declared that she would make space for me. She listened with kindness and compassion as I shared the disaster that had become my life. She became my advocate, my coach, my strength, and my solace. She assured me that it was not my fault and helped me find solid footing again. Together we explored the roots of my trauma and planned viable coping strategies. Armed with new skills and confidence, I can now express myself freely, set firm boundaries, and earn greater respect from colleagues, family, and friends. Dr. Mason helped me move from barely surviving to completely thriving. I can’t thank her or recommend her enough.
