Rich was pleasant and disarming; I felt no pressure or stress in our meeting, instead I felt comfortable and able to go thru the session at a restful pace. I like how rich would comment about some of his own experiences and also explanation of the meeting as we were going thru it. He reminded me of my brother haha.
