Dr. Barnstein is an outstanding eye doctor. My son and I have been seeing him for about a decade and he is pleasant, personable, super friendly, and always remembers us. I am very confident in his ability to detect issues, and the staff at the Carney and Timonium locations are always friendly and helpful. This practice is top notch, and I recommend them to family & friends whenever I can.
