I had a number of visits with the man, he is very good at his job, two thumbs up. I have been thru a lot over the past few years and trying to get myself grounded in reality, something much easier said than done. This guy Richard, he is like the rock of Gibralter, fix'd he knows what is what and the best ways to get through things, a good part it seems is 1's attitude.
