I have been seeing Richard on and off for almost a decade. Sometimes he tells you things you don't want to hear, but you need to hear them to work it out. Therapy is not about paying someone to enable the behaviors that increase crisis or depression. Richard gets down to the heart of the issue even if it's uncomfortable. That is what therapy is about. His office is always clean and calming, Even though half the time I am a wreak, the atmosphere seems to soothe me. Best Therapist in the area.
