I had a previously wrist with two broken bones and torn ligaments. A year later, still had extreme pain and unable to do a lot of daily normal activities. I went to Dr. Ondras (recommended by a family member) for one visit and he did a couple of messages and gave me some at home exercises to do and within 1 month, my wrist was 100% back to normal. I HIGHLY recommend this doctor.
