I met with Richard Osborne years ago starting in 1998 and saw him for a number of years when he was at Samaritan Center in Scotia NY. He was helpful, kind, patient, and caring. We communicated my issues in a positive and progressive manner and I honestly feel he had a vested interest in my success as a patient, as an artist, and as a human being. He helped me a great deal with my depression, and complicated life situation- I will always be thankful for his sage advice, good council and positive influence. I am the person I am today in part to the guidance he gave so many years ago. Thank You Richard. -"Raris Avionus" (the Rare Bird)
