Choosing a therapist is like selecting a pair of shoes. A good fit is so important. You want to be with someone you feel comfortable with. Richard was the one for me. He quickly established rapport and it was obvious to me he knew his stuff. As a clinician with 40 years experience in the mental health field I have worked with many Social Workers and Psychologists in professional settings and ocassionally as a patient. In my opinion his "5 star rating" is well deserved.
