Dr. Ruff is a very good counselor. I saw him alone for several sessions and also with my husband for married couples sessions. I feel like he is a great listener and really helps to set goals that are achievable and helps you be able to put what you're feeling into words which is sometimes difficult. He tends to let you guide the session.
