Seeing Dr. Zahn has seriously improved my quality of life, he has helped me understand my feelings of depression and anxiety as well as tackle substance abuse. The professional environment he creates is very open and welcoming and it allows us to find the source of problem areas in my life, how to deal with them, and what they mean. I used to think therapy was only supposed to be used when I was in a deficit but since seeing Dr. Zahn I have been able to use his therapy as a tool to succeed and better myself even when I'm feeling great. I highly recommend his services as they are drawn from years of experience as therapist and as a regular person just like us, each week it feels like I'm meeting with a mentor and I find myself sharing the lessons I've learned with those around me.
