I went to Dr Rick Means with never ending pain in my neck and shoulder area. He set out a plan for me and within 6 months of going regularly, my pain has diminished 100%. He had always answered any questions, made some suggestions for better posture and honestly cares for me personally. His staff is very professional and I feel that I could not be in better hands. He is a Palmer graduate and that is huge on my books. I now continue on a maintenance program.
