I have been seeing Risa for almost maybe a year now. She has helped me so much through my anxiety. I came to her seeking help for a chronic severe anxiety issue which was keeping me house bound for 6 years without any brink of getting better. On top of that, I originally didn’t think I even wanted therapy because I wouldn’t think it would help, because it didn’t before.She turned me into a believer of therapy actually helping. I have found comfort and support through her help, while simultaneously being grounded and pushed to better myself. Since I’ve seen her, I have been able to slowly start getting out of the house and doing real life things. I couldn’t for years. She has helped me figure out my issues and has helped me stop being controlled by a lot of chronic thoughts that would hold me back. I still see her till this day and am grateful.She also is super generous in things she has done for me which proves that she genuinely cares about the betterment of us
