I have been to a lot of therapists in the past and it can be hard to find someone you click with. I have been seeing Rita for 6 years, it's the longest I've stuck with a therapist. She is caring, insightful, and very professional. She asks great questions to make me think and has helped me to deal with my depression, anxiety, and being a full-time caretaker of my mother and has really helped me walk through my grief when I lost my mom in January. I have recommended her to family and friends and will continue to do so. I can't recommend her highly enough!
