I went to see Rita many years ago, just before my diagnosis of bipolar. I was a mess. She was very kind, non judgemental, and knowledgeable. As a bonus she helped me understand my dreams. I have seen many therapists in these years, but none have ever compared. If you are lucky enough to get the opportunity to see her... Do so.
