First off, the office staff is amazing. The staff and the orthotists have given up their lunch hours to help get patients in that otherwise couldn't find appointment times that would work. Example: they gave up their lunch so I could get my kid in there during my one day off of work, rather than have me take a half day off work so I could make the drive up from Santa Cruz. They were always super friendly when I came in, and worked fast with our insurance. Robert was excellent. He explained everything he was doing and was very good at giving us reasonable expectations. When we were nervous or unsure about treatment options, he took the time to discuss all the options and reassure us that we were making good decisions. We never felt rushed. He was also very, very good with our baby (the patient) as well as our older son who came along on some appointments and liked to ask a TON of questions.
