I saw Robert English for about nine months, weekly. I had been in therapy for decades, off and on, when I encountered him and therefore can say with confidence that he is one of only two therapists I saw in more than fifty years who I think are right at the top of their profession. He is an attentive listener; he asks astonishing questions; he makes suggestions I'd never have thought of on my own; he is kind, funny, and gentle. Nothing -- and I mean *nothing* -- I can say would indicate how much I admire him and how grateful I am that he came into my life.
