January 15, incurred an overuse injury to my TFL from squatting. Tried to encourage it to recover myself through foam rolling and reducing squat volume. Unable to squat more than 245 lbs low bar without severe pain. On the recommendation of a good friend, I saw Rob mid-March for one session and he gave me three exercises/stretches to perform every day. Within a week I was able to squat 315 lbs again, within two weeks 330 lbs, and then I competed April 16 in my powerlifting meet 95% pain-free.
