Bob always spends the amount of time you’re scheduled with you. He doesn’t cut you short. If he’s a little late getting you in he personally comes out to let you know he’s running behind. That’s personal service. Otherwise he will text you. I on the other hand try to respectful of his time if I’m running late and let him know. If I need to cut my hour short since a client is behind me. I do not recall that happening
