I have seen several psychologists over the years, but none of them were particularly helpful. Dr. Sjostrand has made a tremendous difference in my life. She has helped me to become aware of thoughts, feelings, and actions that I did not realize were connected. In other words, she’s teaching me self awareness. She does it with a caring, non judgmental spirit, yet doesn’t shy away from the hard truths. I would recommend her to everyone I know! Wonderful doctor, wonderful woman!
