Robyn really knows what she’s doing when it comes to helping trauma survivors! She made me feel so safe from the very beginning and let me go at my pace so I felt comfortable and understood. She taught me a lot of relaxing exercises and I did EMDR with her and it is literally the best thing that I ever did!! I finally feel like my life is finally moving forward! Robyn is amazing and I highly recommend her as a therapist!!
