I spent months giving chances to OTs from CTN until I finally had enough with them being late, leaving early, not explaining what they were doing, being on their phone even when my husband and I were in the room watching, and not seeming to care about my daughter. I thought all OTs were useless, but since having Robyn, I've seen what actual sessions should be like. Robyn is very professional, always on time or a little early, spends every second on my daughter or talking to my husband and myself about how things are going with our daughter. She did fun activities that the other OTs did not even do. I regret being nice and giving chances to the other OTs who did nothing.
