Within 5 minutes of meeting me he knew something bad had happened to me. He never forced me to talk about something I wasn't ready to talk about though. I was self harming for a few years and not once did I self harm once I started talking to him. I knew as long as I had him to talk to I would be okay. He made me feel like life had a real purpose. I could tell he truly did care and that meant the world to me. I was on a destructive path and he stopped me from ruining my life.
