Was at the end of my rope. No sleep. No relief. My chiropractor had made things worse and the MRI doc said I needed surgery. Short story - less than 2 weeks after starting with Dr Elmer, I was off pain medication and about 75% better. 5 weeks later I am probably 95% improved and feeling great. Be aware- Dr Elmer is not like any doctor I have ever seen before. But he takes the time to explain everything and approached my pain with a systems approach that really made sense. And it worked. Don't expect a boring doctors office waiting room, cold exam rooms with steel counters and exam tables or doctors and nurses in lab coats. Unconventional is the best way to describe it. But I have literally seen miracles happening here.
