I passed a full physical this summer with no issues. During my routine annual eye exam 2 months later Dr. Gerchberg noticed that my optic nerves were swollen and he personally made an appointment for me to see a specialist the very next day. It turns out that I had a 6cm brain tumor that was growing and causing the optic nerves to swell. I had no other noticeable symptoms to warn me that something like this was happening. This Doctor saved my life! Thank You Dr. Gerchberg!
