Ronnie F. was my direct supervisor in 2020 (COVID era). I found him to be very supportive, knowledgeable, friendly and of good character. He consistently encouraged and offered assistance to others in expanding their education and career goals. He was placed in a new position at the company and had very little assistance or direction regarding the new position. However, I witnessed him daily making sincere efforts to motivate his team, connect with the youth that we serviced and be open and willing to just 'show up' whenever and however he was needed. Although we only worked together for about a year or so, he is one of the best supervisors I've encountered in my 20+ year career in social services.
