New to the area and decided to try VisionWorks as they accepted my insurance and other practices were giving Apts. 2 weeks out at inconvenient timings. I walked in at my appointment time, was seen by reception, and checked in within 5 min. The tech did all my initial checks and the Dr. was ready to see me right away. Eye exam was thorough and she explained and advised on an issue with follow-up timing. I had a positive experience with the Dr., staff, and entire process.
