Dr. Shank is very professional yet personable! He made me feel at ease on my first appointment and after a year of seeing him I still feel that way at each and every appointment. He makes lots of notations during your visit and is sure to listen to everything you have to say. He is extremely non-judgmental with anything you tell him. He is intent on what you have to say and poses some really great questions that will really make you think. The session isn’t fluff but it’s also not gruff. Ha! Dr. Shank has a great personality and will laugh right along with you. He’s just a down to earth person who truly cares about his clients. Jess, who works in the office is fantastic! She stays on the ball! She’s awesome in working with Dr. Shank’s schedule. They are most definitely a wonderful hardworking team. You will not regret seeing Dr. Shank. With the experience he has you can feel confident he will be able to help you. I again cannot stress how much he cares for his clients.
